Hey there! I really don’t have much to say, other than the fact that I had a wonderful yoga class tonight. It went great. There wasn’t really one focus, so it incorporated lots of different muscle groups. I am in love with eagle pose! Flying eagle (?) is even better! What’s your favorite pose?
Foodies :)
Breakfast: Maple and Brown Sugar Granola, and a granny smith! ![]()
Lunch: organic PB sammy, pretzels, organic apple, and a Clementine
Snacks: kashi pumpkin pie bar, some un-pictured PB (taste test of the new Natural I got-it passed!), another apple, and some dark choc. to tide me over until dinner (I was a HUNGRY girl and without that dark choc. I don’t know if I would have made it, haha!)

Dinner: homemade mac n’ cheese, tomato soup with a few veggie crackers in it (yes, in it! mmm)
Snacks: I just finished this little bowl of heaven: some cookies and cream ice cream AND some Ben and Jerry’s Half baked..DELICIOUS!![]()

Well, off to go relax (SNACK!!) :D for a few and then off to bed. Night and don’t let the bed-bugs bite, ha-ha!

I love child's pose and the bridge post - the stretch they give my spine feels so great. Glad you enjoyed your yoga, and your snack looks wonderful! Go you!

as for yoga, never tried it before, but I'm stretching and cracking every part of my bones all the time anyway! haha!
