I stole Jenny's lunch!

Before I did anything else, I wanted to make sure and post an amazing lunch that was inspired by Jenny! I have seen her ham and cheese wraps for far too long without trying one! So, I broke out the panini grill, and set to work! My wrap consisted of:
  • 1 harvest wheat flat out wrap
  • smoked honey ham
  • 1.5 pieces of provolone cheese
I had it with the rest of the veggie chips, and a juicy orange.

I hit the gym not long after my first post. Before leaving I grabbed a couple dried prunes and milk. I went with my dad too which made it super fun :) I did:
  • reg. warm up
  • 20 minutes biking (~7 miles)
  • 10 min. precor (wave) trainer
  • 10 min. stat. bike
  • a good amount of arm and ab work
  • stretching
Speaking of UNC, they lost today. I am trying not to think about it, as it was a stressful game! If they had had their starting point guard, Ty Lawson, we would have won. Luckily, he'll be back (jammed his toe) for the NCAA tourney. Let's go heels!

I am off to hopefully go do some lovely yoga to "cool off." But first, I am gonna go try and make this snack that I saw on Jenny's blog today as well. Hehe...yoga will get done at some time today :) and then we're off to the grocery store! Have a wonderful afternoon ladies! This day has been nothing but rain and clouds. Hope it's brighter for you!
