Detox Yoga!

Hello there girlies! Hope your afternoon was fun and relaxing. It turns out, my mom and I ended not going to the grocery store. I had forgotten that they were going out tonight with my grandparents. Instead, I made my brothers dinner and went upstairs to do yoga! I did Detox Yoga #2. It felt good :) After that, I was starving! I made myself some soup, eggs (one hard and the other runny!) and toast, and for my dinner "dessert" I had some dark choc dreams PB+an apple.
But before that, I attempted to make the recipe previously mentioned. It turned out pretty good, esp. considering that I didn't have any egg substitute and I didn't follow the recipe strictly enough. I think it would have been really good if I had. Haha :)

Snacks so far tonight have included dark choc. PB + pretzels, yogurt, a kashi bar, and the last of the dried prunes.

Okay, I better be off! I need some more R & R. As if I haven't had enough ;) Night!

There's no such thing as too much rest and relaxation - anyone who tries to tell you otherwise is just a nutter. Detox yoga sounds interesting! I'm going through pilates/yoga withdrawal right now; after 7 hours on a plane all I wanted to do was get down into child's pose and stretch out my spine. I'm sure THAT would have gotten some interesting looks in the airport :)
